All rates quoted are priced in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. A daily tax of 16.39% is included. All booking are subject to availability at time of reservations and advanced reservations are required. Deposit or credit card authorization has to be sent 22 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations:

In less than 21 days prior to arrival date, 50% of total amount will be charged. Last minute cancellations (7 days) or no shows, 100% of total amount will be charged.
