RESERVATION GUARANTEE
Would be required the payment at the moment you make the reservation.
PENALTIES
All cancellations should be sending via fax or e-mail, to our reservations department sales@calaluna.com, reservations@calaluna.com , and the prepayment will be refund following the next policies:
High Season Dec. 24th to April 30th
60 days or more No penalty
60-30 day’s 50% penalty
29-0 day’s 100% penalty
Low season: May the 1st to dic. 23rd
30-15 day’s 25% penalty
14 to 7 days before 50% penalty
06 or less 100% penalty
No show will have a penalty of the 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
All reservations made into 8 hours to three days before the client arrival will have a cancellation period of 48 hours before the arrival to cancel the reservation.
Reservations made 48 hours before the arrival of the client will not be changed or cancelled without penalty. No pets allowed.
